Kids Meeting Kids
“Hey guys! Maybe you noticed that Kids Meeting Kids is only part of our organization’s longer name: Perhaps…Kids Meeting Kids Can Make a Difference. We’ve been around for a long time, and young people just like you have already made an impact in many ways towards positive change. However, there is a lot more to be done, and violations against children’s rights happen every day right here in the United States and around the world. This website can be a tool for kids who are wanting to make a difference to connect with one another. This page is a space to share ideas, post what projects you’ve been doing, ask questions, and come up with new ways to work at sparking change. If you are looking for a place to start or the next step to take, our website has helpful information and interesting workshops you could try with other kids in your school or neighborhood. Or if you are looking to expand your project we can help spread a lot of your good ideas too!”

Bullying We’ll Stop It from Youtube Check this out!!!!!
In Long Branch Middle School, 8th graders are trying to make a change. They made a song to help stop Bullying, and then turned it into a video. The video shows how bullying actually happens in schools as well as a way to prevent it. The song was made as a remix of Enrique Iglesias’ song “I Like It” and was very well executed. This song can be very crucial in the fight against Bullying. I personally hope that the students at Long Branch Middle School keep the great work up and possibly make a new song and video. What do you think about the video? How much change can this make? Any suggestions for their next video?
